Signing out:
Please sign your child out by writing the time you’re collecting them on the sign in/out sheet.*Please do not leave until this is done. This helps us provide the best duty of care for all students :-)

We recommend wearing sleeves that can be easily pulled up for hands-on activities.Comfort is key, so feel free to dress in whatever makes you feel at ease!

Free trial classes during term are an excellent way for students new to Studio Ruby Chew to come have a go!
From there, if you’d like to continue (yay!), we can invoice you for the remainder of the term.
Please reach out if you have any further questions about this - we’re here to help! -
If your child is unwell, we kindly ask they refrain from attending classes to ensure the comfort and well-being of everyone. If a student misses a class due to illness, we offer make-up classes based on availability. Please reach out to us to schedule a make-up session!

We prioritise facilitating a creative, respectful and positive environment for all students. Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. We follow a restorative practice approach, encouraging students to reflect on their actions and make amends. While we always aim to guide students gently back on track, if a child continues to struggle with this after a few reminders, we'll reach out to parents to discuss the best way forward and may ask you to pick up your child early. Our goal is to support every student in having a great experience!
-
We understand coming to class can be overwhelming for some budding artists - you're most welcome to stay until they feel settled!
From there, we encourage children to participate independently in our classes. This helps foster their creativity and self confidence. We want all students to feel comfortable in our classes. Our instructors are experienced in creating a welcoming and nurturing environment for everyone!
If you'd like to chat further, we'd love to hear from you! Any further info to help us make our workshops the best experience for your child is very welcome! Please don't hesitate to get in touch. -
