East Adelaide Primary Policies &
FAQ’s

  • Yes they do.
Studio Ruby Chew offers many different classes at our main location in Payneham, however these classes are written and priced specially for East Adelaide Primary School.

  • Our class is in the Dawson building downstairs. The kids will know our room as “Brad’s Science room”
Once you enter the Dawson building you'll have a bathroom on your left and a staircase on your right. Straight ahead is our room!

The courtyard we do roll call from, and where you'll find the door to enter when you pick up faces Second Ave. and is in between the Heysen and Dawson buildings.

  • If this new age split means your kiddos are now on different days, please don’t hesitate to reach out! While separating age groups helps us tailor content more effectively, we’re also able to adapt projects to suit individual needs. If needed, our preference is for younger siblings to join older ones on Mondays, but we’re flexible. It’s all about finding what works best for your family!

  • Of course, it's disappointing when your child is unwell and needs to miss a class!

However, we kindly ask when they are sick, they refrain from attending classes to ensure the comfort, safety and well-being of everyone.

  • Parents must sign students out at the end of class.

When you arrive at 5pm, please meet Ruby or her assistant in the hallway in front of our room (Brad's Science room) and have your name marked on the roll. Please do not leave until this is done. This helps us provide the best duty of care for all students :-)

  • Please bring a snack for pre-class time.

As they are coming straight from school, we recommend packing an apron or old shirt too for messier activities.

They're also welcome to bring show-and-tell items such as drawings they've done or a picture book for reference, just nothing too precious.

  • Sure do!

Check out our School Holiday Classes here.

Also we run our Studio Saturdays program in Tranmere - check it out here.

  • If you need to contact Ruby during class, please text her on 0421568876 with your name, your child's name and your message.

For example, you may need to let her know someone else will be collecting your child that day.
