A new program in 2026

In 2026 we’re offering two age-specific classes: Mondays (Yr 3–6) and Tuesdays (Reception–Yr 2), allowing Art learning to be even more closely tailored to each artist’s needs, abilities & interests.

▴ Straight after school - 3.10 pm till 5 pm
Mondays: Year 3’s to Year 6’s
Tuesdays: Receptions to Year 2’s

Term 3 Dates:

Mon (3-6's) - July 27, Aug 10, 17, 24, 31, Sept 7, 14, 21 (Pupil free day Aug 3)

Tue (F-2's) - July 28, Aug 11, 18, 25, Sept 1, 8, 15, 22 (No class Aug 4)

▴ Held on site at East Adelaide Primary, in Brad’s Science Room

About the Class

Class Timeline

▴ School finishes at 3.10 pm
Students make their way straight into class - Brad’s Science Room

▴ Approximately 3.10 - 3.20 pm
Roll call, bathroom break, snack break

▴ 3.20 - 5 pm Art class, with a quick game at the end to wrap up the day!

▴ 5 pm - Students to be collected
(Parents to sign students out at the end of class)

Artist Assistants for Large Classes:
Larger classes include a trained artist assistant to ensure every student receives enhanced one-on-one attention and support, fostering an enriched learning experience.

Expert Guidance from a Practicing Artist:
Ruby Chew leads classes with the perspective of an active, practicing artist, offering invaluable techniques, professional inspiration and Contemporary Art connections, to spark your child's creativity.
