Pack your passport - we’re travelling somewhere impossible!
In this imaginative making day, artists become time travellers exploring strange worlds and eras. Through watercolour, printmaking, drawing and collage, we’ll create travel artefacts that document journeys to places that only exist in our imagination!
In the morning, we’ll create our own Time Traveller’s Passport including a watercolour portrait alter-ego for the first page, and a range of printed stamps representing the strange destinations they may have encountered!
In the afternoon, we’ll create postcards from impossible places using drawing, collage and gelli printing. Invent landscapes from underwater cities, tourist attractions from outer space and stamps from the unknown!
