Welcome to the Clay Kitchen, where anything can end up on the menu! Young artists will sculpt their own miniature fantasy meals transforming them into charms, Croc jibbits, magnets or pencil toppers! Recreate your absolute favourite food, or cook up something deliciously impossible - tentacle spaghetti, eyeball meatballs, intergalactic burgers... anything goes!
Afternoon - Once Upon a Plate
Create a plate-shaped artist book/zine where every turn reveals another food story! Using drawing, watercolour and playful paper mechanisms including flaps and moving surprises, young artists will explore foods connected to people, places and memories - their favorite birthday cake, Mum’s curry, a mandy from their garden tree, Christmas lunch, holiday treats or simply their favorite snack of all time!
Come hungry for ideas - this is one menu where absolutely anything goes!
